We believe it’s important to consider the environmental impact of product returns. In many industries, most returned items end up in landfills, which contributes to waste and pollution. Additionally, the process of returning products leaves a carbon footprint due to transportation emissions.
In our effort to respect both our farmers and the environment, we do not accept returns on opened products.
We encourage you to carefully review our ingredient lists before making a purchase.
If you have sensitive skin or a history of allergic reactions, we recommend testing our skincare products on a small patch of skin a few days before full use.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or ordered the wrong item, you may return it within 30 days by sending it to:

Please be sure to include your purchase receipt with the return. Once we receive the unopened product in its original packaging, we will notify you by email, and your refund will be processed. Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
